It’s more than a conference… it’s growth, it’s connection, and most importantly - it’s community. This was conference #7 for me… and what a special week it was. As I reflect on the 2023 SHRM Annual Conference, I think about these two things… 1) all of the people that energized me for the week (attendees, exhibitors, speakers, volunteer leaders, customers, business partners, SHRM Staff and friends) and 2) I think about the lessons we learned to apply in our every day.
