Action Changes Things

If you could write down one piece of advice or something you recently learned on a “post it” note to inspire yourself this week… what would it say? Post it…  today!

In my latest book, Life in the Leadership Lane, I share 75 notes we can all “ACT” on from 75 high performing leaders in the section called “the brick wall of leadership”. See below… It’s about building on these small principles that when we add them up - they become our building blocks in our careers. When was the last time someone said something inspiring that was an aha moment? Did you right it down? Did you share it with your team? College basketball coach Drew Story always shares how “the wise take from the strong”. Surround yourself with amazing people and start building. Now is the time to ACTbecause “action changes things”. Start by ordering a copy of my book this week for you and your team – it’s team member engagement like no other - and let me know if you would like for me to join you for a lunch session!
